How to Apply: Submit a completed CNMI Employment Application to the Office of Personnel Management, Office of the Governor. You must submit an application for each currently announced position you are applying for with your original signature. Your application is non-transferable. Employment Benefits All active full-time employees (those working 20 hours or more per week) are eligible to enroll in the CNMI Government Group Life Insurance, health and /or dental insurance. With the CNMI Government life insurance, the CNMI Government pays 50 percent of the premium for you basic term life insurance benefits as part of you employee benefit package. The Northern Mariana Islands Retirement Fund Group Health & Life Insurance Program administers this insurance. If active full-time employees do not wish to enroll in the government insurance, they may select from other insurance groups that are available for government employees.
